You update your members in-game and it will automatically update the users ranks in discord as long the names are in their discord nickname.
(e.g. my name is "Caleb" and my IGN is "Rune Relay" you can have your discord name as "Caleb | Rune Relay" so you're not bound to your IGN only.)
